Greg Tisdale – Chief Executive Officer: Greg is the former Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Point Energy, a position he held for the past twelve years and was part of the executive team that grew from a junior oil and gas company to one of the largest independent oil companies in North America. Greg has over 25 years experience in the energy industry working with several respected companies including Crescent Point, Direct Energy, Altagas Services and Shell Trading. In addition, Greg has been a Director of several public and non for profit entities. Greg is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Alberta.
Craig Hruska – Chairman of the Board: Craig is the former President and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Scollard Energy Inc. a private oil and gas production company since the company was formed in October 2006. Craig was President and Director of Addison Energy Inc, a private Canadian oil and natural gas exploration and production company until his resignation in July, 2003. Craig founded Addison in May, 1998 and the private company grew from a startup to 9,000 boe/d and $250 MM in NAV in July, 2003. Craig has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta (1987) and is a Professional Engineer and member of APEGGA. Craig is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Craig currently serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies and not-for profit organizations.
Duane Masse – Chief Operating Officer: Duane has 30 years of experience in the production and exploration industry, at both private and public companies, including having most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer at White Ram Resources Ltd from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that he served as senior operations engineer for Signalta Resources supervising field operations in western Canada including several gas plants and related facilities with over 4,000 boe/d of oil and gas production. Duane’s earlier roles included positions of increasing responsibility with PetroCanada, Gulf Canada, ConocoPhilips and Addison Energy. He also has over fourteen years of field operations experience prior to obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary in 2000. Duane Masse P.Eng is a professional Engineer and member of APEGA.
Trevor Duncan – Vice President Business Development: Trevor has been working as an oil and gas geologist for 18 years and developed a wide spectrum of experience in Western Canada and internationally. Mr. Duncan was employed as the Lead Geologist for the Unconventional Department at Saudi Aramco from 2010-2014 and developed the country’s first horizontal shale drilling program. Mr. Duncan has been employed as a Senior Geologist for a variety of private and public oil and gas companies within Western Canada. These companies include Salvo Energy (2007-2009), GeoCan Energy (2005-2007) and Addison Energy (2003-2005), all of which had a strong focus on acquisitions and exploitation. Mr. Duncan graduated from the University of Calgary with a B.Sc inGeology and Geophysics Cooperative Education program in 1999 and is a currently member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG) and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG).
Shawn Tomlinson – VP Finance: Shawn Tomlinson has 10 years of experience in a variety of accounting, finance and business analysis roles within the junior oil and gas exploration and production sector. Mr. Tomlinson joined Enercapita in July, 2015, and currently manages all aspects of accounting, finance and administration for the oil and gas operations (Ltd.) business at Enercapita. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Tomlinson held various roles of progressing responsibility in the accounting and finance group at Scollard Energy Inc., including the position of Controller from 2012 to 2015. Prior to joining Scollard, Mr. Tomlinson held roles with Crocotta Energy Inc. and Salvo Energy Corp., where he was responsible for operations accounting and business analysis. Mr. Tomlinson holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting Major) from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business.
